Chef Pamela combines classic French and bold Cajun cooking in this elegant menu.

In this private chef experience, Chef Pamela highlights vibrant Cajun flavors with a touch of sophisticated European flair. Begin with bright shrimp and corn chaudrée topped with crispy bacon. The main course is a creamy Cajun carbonara with seared scallops paired with a tangy homemade garlic bread with fresh pesto. Finish the meal with a decadent white chocolate crème brûlée.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We loved this experience. Chef Pamela was great at getting everyone involved, including our 3 year old, and the food was delicious. We cook quite a bit at home, and we are always looking for new dishes to try, so it was great to have an expert show us how to make gumbo and beignets.

While living in New Orleans, she developed a taste for Southern and Cajun cuisine. Her career in food service includes time as general manager of a popular NYC restaurant, as well as owning her own Southern eatery in San Diego. Now, Chef Pamela brings her love of cuisine to her exciting cooking classes.
