Southern flavors are on full display from start to finish in this elegant menu.
In this private chef experience, enjoy gourmet Southern seafood prepared with care by Chef Pamela for you and your guests. You'll begin your meal with oysters vol-au-vent: Tender puff pastries topped with creamy oysters. For the main course, dine on stuffed flounder with buttery herbs and peppers served over fluffy potatoes. On the side, enjoy flavorful roasted Brussels sprouts. Dessert is chocolate java mousse paired with a white chocolate bread pudding and a steaming cup of chicory coffee.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had a fantastic time cooking up a great New Orleans feast with Chef Pamela! Everything was sooo delicious, and we picked up plenty of new skills to try out in our own in the kitchen.

We loved this experience. Chef Pamela was great at getting everyone involved, including our 3 year old, and the food was delicious. We cook quite a bit at home, and we are always looking for new dishes to try, so it was great to have an expert show us how to make gumbo and beignets.

Meet your chef
Born and raised in Atlanta, award-winning Chef Pamela was introduced to cooking by the talented Southern women around her. While living in New Orleans, she developed a taste for Southern and Cajun cuisine. Her career in food service includes time as general manager of a popular NYC restaurant, as well as owning her own Southern eatery in San Diego. Now, Chef Pamela brings her love of cuisine to her exciting cooking classes.
