This private chef experience will take you on a tour of traditional Italian dishes with Chef Nathan. Then, choose from eggplant Parmesan or chicken Parmesan for your main course, each served with fettuccine and fresh seasonal vegetables. Chef Nathan loves ad-libbing in the kitchen. After graduating from Culinary Institute of Michigan, he spent a decade mastering the art of cuisine and addressing food insecurity in his community. He's a fan of international flavors, with Asian, Italian and Indian as particular favorites. With years of experience under his hat, Chef Nathan is eager to help aspiring chefs expand their own culinary talents.
