Chef Radka has created a spread of flavorful, creative small bites perfect for a tailgate, party or even just a family Father's Day gathering. Enjoy dishes like brie cheese baked with bacon jam, toasty crostini with burrata and blistered tomatoes and buffalo cauliflower "wings." Then, sink your fork into bourbon steak bites, pork meatballs with parsley pesto and a luscious dessert platter.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
