There's no passport necessary for this adventure in French cuisine from Chef Nia. She'll present the best of traditional gourmet dining for your enjoyment. Your menu includes haricots verts salad with shallots and mustard, pommes dauphine in a choux pastry crust and steak au poivre served with a cognac peppercorn sauce. For dessert, a true French classic: Crêpes Suzette topped with an orange reduction and whipped cream.
