Join Chef Alice for a tour of Louisiana with a vibrant Creole menu.
In this private chef experience, Chef Alice showcases fresh seafood with the bold flavors of Creole cooking. Begin your seafood feast with decadent crab cakes and remoulade served over a bright micro greens salad. Next, the chef will prepare a signature New Orleans dish: BBQ shrimp and grits, featuring colossal shrimp with creamy Gouda grits and a tangy BBQ sauce. For dessert, enjoy a hearty chocolate chip bread pudding with crème anglaise.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Alice was amazing! Everything my wife and I ate were the best we ever had. The portion sizes were excellent and the bread pudding was mouth watering. It’s now one of my favorite desserts! She also had the best personality and had such a wonderful smile during the whole experience.

Chef Alice is amazing! Great personality, awesome service, and AMAZING food! I am a foodie with a very hard-to-please palate. The 3-course meal by Chef Alice exceeded my expectations. The crab cakes were the best crab cakes I've ever had and the shrimp and grits were layered with bold and intense flavor. I am now a bread pudding fan thanks to Chef Alice.
