In this traditional French dining experience, Chef Leto will prepare a divine five-course meal for you and your guests. After a seasonal salad peppered with texture and flavors, you will delight in a hearty homemade soup. Enjoy your choice of a succulent yet flaky fish filet served in creamy beurre blanc with expertly seasoned vegetables. Choose from perfectly seared pork chops with apple or a tender red wine beef dish. Save room for a decadent French dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Leto has spent the last 10 years working as a chef and refining his skills in the kitchen. He worked in two James Beard Award-winning restaurants before opening his own personal chef business five years ago. Now, Chef Leto shares his expansive culinary knowledge with his clients, preparing three-to-five course gourmet meals across a range of cuisines, including French, Italian, New American, Southern and South American.
