Discover the citrusy, wholesome flavors of southern Italy as Chef Tara prepares a stunning four-course meal for you. You'll start off with a classic Caprese salad, made with fresh, creamy mozzarella and ripe tomatoes and basil. Then, dig your forks into a lemony fresh fish filet and a salty pasta puttanesca with juicy olives and tangy capers. For dessert, indulge in a heavenly Italian lemon and almond cake. Boun appetito!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

After years of entertaining family and friends with fresh, healthy meals, Chef Tara decided to take her culinary passion to the next level and earned a degree from the Art Institute of California to become a professional private chef. Frequenting farmers' markers and procuring the best meats and seafood available, Chef Tara loves creating seasonal, colorful meals for her guests with flavorful, high-quality ingredients.
