Travel to the Italian countryside with this beautiful meal featuring Italy's best regional ingredients.
Discover the citrusy, wholesome flavors of southern Italy as Chef Tara prepares a stunning four-course meal for you. You'll start off with a classic Caprese salad, made with fresh, creamy mozzarella and ripe tomatoes and basil. Then, dig your forks into a lemony fresh fish filet and a salty pasta puttanesca with juicy olives and tangy capers. For dessert, indulge in a heavenly Italian lemon and almond cake. Boun appetito!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
