Chef Ravi's decades of experience in New York City's best restaurants will lend itself to this elegant meal, starting with ripe beefsteak tomato slices topped with creamy mozzarella, basil, and balsamic. Then comes an indulgent shrimp and bacon fusion salad before you indulge in your entrée of perfectly cooked, herb-roasted French chicken or dry-aged strip steak. For dessert, you'll have a difficult decision: crème brûlée cheesecake or triple-layer chocolate cake.

Chef Ravi’s love for cooking began on his native island of Trinidad and Tobago, but blossomed when he moved to New York City 30 years ago. His culinary career began in the city, where he worked his way up the ranks to become an Executive Chef. His background in many cuisines allows him to blend flavors seamlessly, creating delicious fusion dishes. He believes cooking is an art, and sharing this art fills him with joy.
