Private Chef - Seaside Delights at Home
In this private chef experience, Chef Ravi creates the perfect blend of Caribbean and New Orleans flavors. Begin by indulging in fusion crab cakes served in a zesty lime aoli before digging your fork into a refreshing bib lettuce salad tossed with a tropical Baja dressing. For your entrée, choose either bold cajun shrimp or salmon pan-seared with veggies and served with Chef Ravi's famous smashed potatoes made of Yukon gold and sweet potatoes. Save room for a decadent crème brûlée dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
