In this private chef experience from Chef Ravi, you will be treated to well-rounded dishes that are packed with nutrients and various flavors. You'll enjoy ingredients and dishes native to the Mediterranean, America, Asia, and the Caribbean. Your worldly meal begins with succulent, pan-seared scallops in a creamy wasabi sauce, followed by a vibrant, mixed greens salad. For your entrée, choose between a mouthwatering herb-crusted New Zealand rack of lamb or pan-seared Chilean sea bass. Finish with a jaw-dropping, decadent crème brûlée cheesecake for dessert.

Chef Ravi’s love for cooking began on his native island of Trinidad and Tobago, but blossomed when he moved to New York City 30 years ago. His culinary career began in the city, where he worked his way up the ranks to become an Executive Chef. His background in many cuisines allows him to blend flavors seamlessly, creating delicious fusion dishes. He believes cooking is an art, and sharing this art fills him with joy.
