Celebrate the regional flavors of Italy with this elevated menu by Chef Charlie.

In this private chef experience, savor the flavors of Italy with regional ingredients and classic techniques with a touch of modern flair. For your first course, Chef Charlie will prepare bruschetta featuring creamy burrata followed by a salad of mixed greens, sauteéd vegetables and ricotta with pesto. The centerpiece of the meal is a rich chicken Marsala and herbed orzo, and vanilla bean ice cream with espresso and lemon biscotti awaits you for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Charlie was so fun to have as a special event for a bachelorette party. The entire meal was delicious and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a delicious and filling meal!
