With Michelin-star expertise, Chef Jimmy will prepare for you four wholesome dishes with a symphony of flavors and aromas. This stunning menu begins with a refreshing citrusy and salty salad, followed by a Greek favorite of either phyllo and honey encrusted feta cheese or baked white aubergines in a savory tomato sauce with feta and basil. For your main course, choose between a juicy roasted lamb shank with tangy yogurt sauce or a fresh-caught, fleshy white fish with zucchini salad. Dessert is a light and sweet honey-almond ricotta spread with peaches.

Chef Jimmy was amazing! He is incredibly nice and personable while also very professional. He clearly has a wide range of skill and experience and we were so impressed by the caliber of the menu and everything was perfect from start to finish.
