Social Distancing Friendly Let Chef Madi bring a fresh, flavorful oceanic menu to your kitchen.
Enjoy the fruits of the sea without making a trip to the coast (or the grocery store). In this private chef experience, Chef Madi will prepare a distinguished menu inspired by your ocean-sourced favorites. Fried oysters with spicy aioli get the party started, followed by a bright Caesar salad with anchovies and a Parmesan crisp. The entrée makes a splash with spicy garlic salmon and coconut rice. Finally, treat yourself to a mouthwatering rosemary shortbread with lemon custard.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
