Indulge in an incredible Italian feast prepared by Chef Matt in this private chef experience. Begin with a traditional caprese salad, then enjoy two types of pasta: spaghetti ala chittara carbonara with guanciale, Romano cheese and cured egg yolks, and gnocchi di patate made with potatoes, ricotta, crème fraîche and arugula. Finish with ricotta mousse, a strawberry-balsamic compote, basil and lemon curd for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
