Parisian bistros are known for serving some of the best in French homestyle cooking, and Chef Meg will prepare a handful of her favorites in this private chef experience. Begin with roasted beet and chèvre toasts, then savor salmon moutarde with a whole grain mustard sauce and garlic haricots verts. End with a classic bistro dessert: an apple galette and vanilla ice cream.

We were lucky enough to have Chef Megan cook for a small get together a little while back. She was so conscientious about the different preferences of each guest. We really appreciated it. She prepared an amazing polenta that worked for everyone! She also put together an amazing dessert with caramelized plantains! Thank you! We look forward to working with Chef Megan again soon for our next event!
