In this private chef experience, you'll take a culinary journey to the Middle East for brunch beginning with batata harra, a spicy potato salad with fresh herbs. Next, enjoy shorba, a stew made with red lentils, and saffron pilaf with spices, nuts and raisins. End your meal with creamy rice pudding and pistachios.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Meet your chef
Raised in India, Chef Radhika learned to cook from her mother, grandmothers and aunts. She was also raised with the ancient Indian tradition of Atithi Devo Bhava — a mantra prescribing hospitality of the highest order. Chef Radhika implements this in all of her cooking classes where she ventures beyond the typical dal and naan and introduces South Indian dishes, such as dosa, idli, vada and healthy vegetarian Indian fare.
