Enjoy simple yet bold Asian flavors made with fresh ingredients and a whimsical flair.

Start with a cucumber mango salad with cilantro and chili flakes, and chicken cooked in a spicy hoisin sauce with julienned carrots, radishes and cucumbers, all wrapped in lettuce. Next, you'll enjoy citrus and soy marinated tuna and salmon with avocado cream, ginger and jalapeños. Top off your meal with a Japanese favorite: mochi ice cream.

She was given the opportunity to further her career by working as an executive pastry chef for resorts and hotels, as an healthy eating specialist for Whole Foods Market, and now has her own culinary business, where she helps others explore food, and ultimately, better their lives.
