Private Chef - Classic Dishes With an Elevated Twist

Enjoy dishes you know and love but with an added level of sophistication and flavor.

In this private chef experience, Chef Laurent will prepare for you classic smoked salmon with chives and lemon cream for an added burst of flavor. Your main course of succulent duck breast will be prepared with a mouthwatering orange sauce, then you'll end the meal with classic panna cotta prepared with coffee.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

At the age of 20, he began his international career as a chef, traveling to the U.S. and quickly rising to local and national fame as one of the country’s best pastry chefs.
