Enjoy an exquisite menu featuring traditional Parisian dishes.

In this private chef experience, Chef Laurent will take you on a culinary journey through beautiful Paris. Begin with a cauliflower soup, then feast on mussels mariniere with shrimp. For your main course, enjoy flank steak prepared with a shallot and red wine sauce, and end with a traditional French dessert of crème brûlée.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

At the age of 20, he began his international career as a chef, traveling to the U.S. and quickly rising to local and national fame as one of the country’s best pastry chefs. Education is also a passion of Chef Laurent's. He enjoys sharing his knowledge with young students and aspiring chefs of all levels.
