Drawing on ingredients from land and sea, Chef Zenaidy will create a colorful, flavor-packed feast.
During this private chef experience, Chef Zenaidy breathes new life into the surf n' turf, a classic dish featuring flavors from both the water and the land. Your meal begins with a seasonal green salad, then features filet mignon prepared with rosemary and garlic. Next, look forward to citrusy prawns served with asparagus. For dessert, a chocolate mousse with berries awaits.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I booked a cooking class with Chef Zenaidy as a christmas gift adventure for my family. We had a lot of fun! We got to cook a tasty meal and pick up some cool tips and techniques from a master chef. Chef Zenaidy also taught us some of her signature recipes she invented.

Meet your chef
Chef Zenaidy is a world traveler and that is reflected in the fusion of styles and ingredients that her menus encompass. She grew up in Brazil where she started cooking at age eleven. She has lived on three continents where she focused on developing her culinary skills. This has given her a wide range of styles to draw from in her recipes. She especially loves teaching her students how to cook her interpretation of Italian and Brazilian cuisine.
