She has lived on three continents where she focused on developing her culinary skills. This has given her a wide range of styles to draw from in her recipes. She especially loves teaching her students how to cook her interpretation of Italian and Brazilian cuisine.

I booked a cooking class with Chef Zenaidy as a christmas gift adventure for my family. We had a lot of fun! We got to cook a tasty meal and pick up some cool tips and techniques from a master chef. Chef Zenaidy also taught us some of her signature recipes she invented.

Chef Zenaidy is the best! She is so fun and friendly. The food was absolutely fantastic, but most importantly, we learned so much! Very hands-on instruction and Chef Zenaidy makes you feel like you really can make everything on your own at home. Best part is that she speaks Italian, so we truly felt like we were with family. The experience that my wife and I had with Chef Z was nothing short was awesome. It went beyond our expectations. She is very knowledgeable, and truly enjoys what she does. She made us feel at ease right away. She was very perceptive, is a natural teacher and it was obvious to see how much she enjoys what she does. My wife, who is an avid baker, learned many tips which says a lot about Chef Z's expertise. Highly recommend, and we look forward to her other classes in the future. We also look forward to her putting out a Keto baking recipe-book because she creates great recipes through her creativity.

Chef Zenaidy graciously welcomed us into her home and showed us how to prepare ingredients into three delicious dishes. She also gave us several useful tips and techniques (i.e. how to wash scallops, how to dice onions, what to do with leftover vanilla). Her dishes were easy to prepare, and Chef Zenaidy was kind enough to share her recipe with us!

Had a blast taking this class. Chef Zenaidy was very welcoming and friendly when she teaching us. The meals we made were delicious and very easy to prepare, my favorite being the avocado cream soup. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and take again.

My partner and I had a lovely time cooking with Chef Zenaidy. As someone who doesn't cook often, Zenaidy gave us so many great tips and pointers to improve our cooking at home. My partner cooks a lot and still learned so much from our session. Plus, it was just a lovely evening with good company. Definitely 5 stars in our book, and if you can, we really recommend taking the class with a few friends! The more the merrier.

I was impressed right from the start with her warm greeting, bright smile, and excitement to show us her magnificent meals. The food was exceptional and I never thought going into the night I would learn so many new tips from Chef Zenaidy.??‍? I can’t wait to bang out that panna cotta recipe for my friends sometime! My fiancé and I would highly recommend this cozymeal experice with Zenaidy! We won’t forget it!

I am a beginner when it comes to cooking and Chef Zenaidy not only made the process easy to follow and understand but extremely fun and informative.
