In this private dining experience, Chef Shakti will prepare for you a three-course menu of fresh Italian fare. From a garlicky crostini appetizer with creamy burrata and royal heirloom tomatoes to perfectly seared cod topped with a bright mango relish to fresh fruit cobbler, every dish on Chef Shakti's menu is sure to be unforgettable.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

It was a very nice experience. We maybe should have picked a more challenging class. Chef Shakti was very knowledgable and welcoming.

Chef Shakti was so friendly and welcoming to her cozy apartment. She was informative and made the experience fun and comfortable. I would highly recommend any of her classes. We did the New American Vegan and the food was delicious, and so simple to make! I can't wait to make it again for my friends.

Chef Shakti provided an exceptional experience: She taught my friends and I how to prepare a variety of delicious vegan Japanese dishes, sharing tips and tricks along the way about everything from knife handling to finding ingredients. Beyond her skills as a teacher and chef, she was a warm and attentive host, and it was a delight to share our meal with her. If you’re looking to add to your kitchen knowledge or simply want an excellent dining experience, I can’t recommend Chef Shakti enough.
