In this private chef experience, Chef Sonia will prepare for you a classic three-course French dinner taken to a new level with a handful ingredients borrowed from other cuisines around the world. From a pancetta appetizer with homemade corn tortillas and pea purée to a classic citrusy dessert with a twist, this menu promises to be nothing short of unforgettable.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Sonia has a gorgeous home and a kitchen that is perfect for a cooking lesson. An equally impressive outdoor dining area beckons as well! She was very welcoming and used superb ingredients throughout the meal.
Meet your chef
Chef Sonia's culinary foray began with a catering business in Mexico, and she now is a gourmet chef instructor in Beverly Hills. Cooking has been her lifelong passion and she is continually taking culinary classes to expand her knowledge. Chef Sonia has attended the New School of Cooking in LA, has studied in Italy with a Michelin star chef, and received a diploma in French Pastry Bakery from Le Cordon Bleu.
