In this signature culinary experience, you will have the unique opportunity to experience the bright and colorful palette of piquant flavors packed into Chef Joey's absolute favorite dishes. By using the most simple and high-quality traditional Italian ingredients, Chef Joey is able to build incredible Michelin-star quality dishes that are hearty without being heavy, and satisfying yet surprisingly delicate.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Mozzarella di bufala with marinated vegetables, Italian meats and olives
Primo tagliere with Italian meats, pâté, cheese, honeycomb and olives
Antipasti platter with arancini, ripieni, spiedini and bocconcini
Course Two

Cannelloni with spinach and ricotta or prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella
Gnocchi alla sorrentina with lambrusco caramelized tomato and basil
Tagliolini alla amatriciana with guanciale chili, tomatoes and pecorino
Risotto with saffron and riesling-glazed pears and taleggio cheese

Pan-roasted branzino with garlic, lemon, rosemary, and pink pepper olive oil
Herb-crusted half rack of lamb with honey-mustard glaze and anchovies
