In this signature culinary experience, Chef Francesca brings the traditional ingredients and techniques of Italian cooking from her home island of Sardinia to the table. Created for seafood lovers, Chef Francesca's five-course, Michelin-star quality Sardinian seafood menu showcases a beautiful, delicious array of traditional Sardinian specialities, including octopus carpaccio, smoked salmon, seared scallops, and the Sardinian delicacy of bottarga.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Francesca was amazing to cook with. Her welcoming and warm personality made the experience very special for our birthday celebration. She was knowledgeable and the food was restaurant quality. I definitely recommend her if you want to have a fantastic experience and really learn how to cook tasty pasta, sweet and savory potatoes, juicy steak, and cream chocolate mousse!
