In this signature culinary experience, Chef Francesca brings the traditional ingredients and techniques of Italian cooking from her home island of Sardinia to the table. Created for seafood lovers, Chef Francesca's five-course, Michelin-star quality Sardinian seafood menu showcases a beautiful, delicious array of traditional Sardinian specialities, including octopus carpaccio, smoked salmon, seared scallops, and the Sardinian delicacy of bottarga.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We took Chef Francesca’s cooking class and learned so much! My partner and I are both vegan and had a surprisingly difficult time to find a vegan tailored cooking class option. I messaged Francesca to see if she could tailor her class to be vegan and she did, and it was incredible! The food was amazing and we were very impressed. We thought it would be awkward to take a class inside her home, but it was so comfortable and very clean. She is welcoming and lets you cook with her for a totally hands-on experience. Then, while she prepares the plating you can eat the appetizers you made and ask her culinary questions. She is super informative and generous with her knowledge. We highly recommend her class!

My friends and I really enjoyed Chef Francesca's pasta making class! Chef Francesca demonstrated the techniques and described the science behind them in clear, understandable ways. She was a gracious and warm host and made getting to know the other students fun. And both the carbonara and the mushroom ravioli dishes were amazing!
