Indulge in an enticingly elegant Sardinian steakhouse feast prepared by the incredibly talented Chef Francesca.

In this signature culinary experience with Sardinian native Chef Francesca, you will enjoy a Michelin-star quality meal that showcases the beauty of Italian gastronomy. Chef Francesca's five-course menu features three high-quality meats, including a wonderfully salty and deeply colored bresaola, an aromatic fennel sausage, and a bold and juicy ribeye steak garnished with parsley and truffle zest.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Francesca warmly opened her home and taught us amazing Italian techniques that we will take into our own home for future meals. We had such a great time. Chef Francesca is absolutely amazing. The smaller format cooking class where she graciously hosts in her home kitchen is a really great hands-on experience. Francesca allowed us to try some of the flavors of her hometown in Sardinia and didn't laugh too hard at my attempt to mirror her pasta folding skills.
