Chef Jennifer is knowledgeable and a great communicator. She moves fast but we were able to keep up! Our meal was delicious. As an in-home cook, I loved to learn new tips/tricl like roasting garlic, the importance of treating every layer of the dish, etc.

Provided instructions/ingredient materials didn't match the class…paid $100 for microwaved chocolate and bland mediocre food. She was perfectly nice just sub par expedience this particular class.
