Give your favorite bagel shop a run for its money in this engaging team building cooking class. Chef Jennifer will teach you how to whip up a dough to create authentic NYC-inspired bagels. First, make a dough from scratch with yeast, flour and baking soda. Then, learn the techniques for kneading the dough and rolling it into a bagel shape. Finish by boiling and baking, then end the class with a dozen homemade bagels.

I really enjoyed this experience. Our chef was knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time cooking Korean food and the food was delicious. Great choice for all 3 recipes. The recipes were easy to follow. I am looking forward to trying another online cooking class.
