Prep Work Details

Things to prepare before class begins: 1. Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water for at least 15-30 minutes then finely chop. 2. Prepare the onion, garlic, ginger, cabbage, carrot, as well as your preferred protein. 3. Nonstick pan is best to make gyoza dumplings.
