In this online cooking class, Chef Steve brings together two beloved culinary cultures, South Korean and Thai, in a single intriguing meal. Discover the time-honored techniques for preparing a selection of flavorful dishes. You'll assemble vegetable-filled salad cups with authentic Thai peanut flavor, create BBQ chicken in the savory Korean tradition and prepare an Asian take on orzo flavored with ginger and garlic.

Chef Steve did an excellent job! My favorite chef for sure :). Super patient and explained tips and tricks that helped me immediately improve my skills. I learned to make an amazing meringue as one of the inputs for the chocolate mousse. Highly recommend!
