Online Cooking Class - Traditional Risotto and Panna Cotta

Get a taste of authentic Roman fare as you prepare flavorful Italian dishes.

In this online cooking class, Chef Andrea welcomes you into his Italian kitchen in the heart of romantic Rome. He will cook alongside you as he teaches you how to make risotto, beginning with a vegetable- white wine bisque. Then, learn his special techniques for creating a creamy risotto with shrimp as you stir, season and taste. For dessert, learn the trick to molding — and un-molding — a delicate panna cotta before drizzling with rich chocolate ganache.

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!
