Online Cooking Class - Father's Day Tailgate Feast

Treat Dad to a celebration in his honor with this special lesson in great grilling.

Treat the big guy to some pre-game goodness even if it's just in your front yard in this touchdown of a Father's Day virtual cooking class! You'll create a tailgating menu fit for a king, featuring a classic michelada, seven-layer dip and jalapeño poppers stuffed with cheese and bacon bits. Finish up with homemade churros for a sweet ending to a day he'll never forget.

Prep Work Details

Wash all produce and herbs. Gather all needed recipes, equipment and supplies. Sanitize hands and work stations. Cut/chop ingredients as directed per recipe and open ingredients packages.

What fun class and a delicious meal. Chef Stacy took time to teach us some basics as well as offer up suggestions to modify and enhance the dish if we want to do it again. I would definitely sign up for another class with Cozy Meal and especially with Chef Stacy!
