Such a fun experience! We learned how to make ramen, vegetable tempura, and dessert (fruit jelly), and everything was absolutely delicious! I got to help make the dessert, and it was so interesting to see the whole process come together. I'm definitely someone who learns best by doing, so I really appreciated the hands-on experience. The class was fun, engaging, and a great way to learn something new.

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Jane. From the start, her communication was excellent. She kept us informed and made planning easy. On the day, she arrived with all the ingredients, so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
The meal was delicious, but what made it special was how much we learned. Chef Jane taught us new skills and techniques we'll definitely use again. She then served everything at the table like a proper restaurant experience, and afterward she took care of all the cleanup. We got to simply relax and enjoy the evening.
Highly recommend Chef Jane to anyone looking for a fun, hands-on, and stress-free cooking experience!

While on vacation, my family took the Japanese comfort food cooking class with Jane. It was such a fun and relaxing time, and the way she ran the class really helped to foster connection. We had such a good time together while learning. She included a little food from her home country, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

We made Japanese style ramen with tempura vegetables and squid. We also got to try Lumpia (Chef Jane’s own delicious recipe). We made honeydew fruit jelly, as well as panna cota. It felt like eating luxury food at an old friends home. Chef Jane was so welcoming and kind! Thank you!
