Chef Jeffrey was awesome, not only an excellent chef but entertaining and informative as well. We would certainly do another experience with him again. Tip for future customers, when you arrive in the lobby simply call Jeffrey and he will come down and get you. (This wasn't in the description of the event)

Peter and I absolutely loved Chef Jeff! This experience was amazing. He talked us through all of the steps and even gave us tips we can use at home. The food was incredible. Chef Jeff was very personable and shared his love and passion for cooking with stories and the history of some of the cooking techniques and seasonings. The food was excellent, we even had an opportunity to help make the fried pickles. The shrimp and grits, were delicious and savory. The beignets were warm, crispy, and fluffy. We enjoyed our time and look forward to having another date night with great food and conversation with Chef Jeff. We are definitely sharing this wonderful experience with friends and family,

Chef Jeff was amazing! His knowledge for culinary arts and willingness to share was beyond our expectations. This was our first private chef experience and it did not disappoint. This is definitely on the top of our date night ideas list and the fact that he offers large group settings as well is icing on the cake! Thank you Chef for an amazing and tasteful date night experience! Our family enjoyed trying our left overs!

Chef Jeffrey blew all of our expectations out of the water. Not only was the food some of the best that we have had, Chef was highly intentional, professional, clean, kind, and prepared. He created a wonderful atmosphere with great conversation while effortlessly serving up beautiful and tasty dishes. This is an experience where you get to see someone do something they are so good at and so passionate about. Chef Jeffrey has an amazing passion for cooking, food safety, and continuous learning and improvement in the art of cooking. Chef Jeffrey was incredibly knowledgeable and shared his whole process from start to finish. The food wells excellent, we had the best grits we’ve ever had as part of the New Orleans cuisine, and the portion sizes were large enough to take plenty home. The space was clean and made for an excellent date night! We would definitely book with Chef Jeffrey again!

I could not recommend Chef Jeffrey enough! Each course of the Caribbean Cuisine experience was extremely delicious, fresh and flavorful. We had so much fun and really enjoyed our time talking and learning from chef Jay. You can tell that he is really passionate about his craft and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great time.

We had never done an experience like this before and our expectations were succeeded with Chef Jeffrey! He was very personable and passionate about cooking and shared his knowledge with us as he prepared each course. We brought our own beverages and we’re able to play our music and enjoy a Friday night with such a fun experience. The food was beyond delicious and I could not recommend booking Chef Jeffrey enough. This amazing hands-on class with Chef Jeffrey was an absolute delight, we were presented with a variety of Mediterranean street food that was simply delicious. The salmon fillet was cooked to perfection and the baklava smothered with Chantilly cream was the perfect way to end the meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and we discussed the art of cooking and how it can bring new experiences to others. Chef Jeffrey was a great instructor and was very knowledgeable about the recipes and ingredients. My Fiancé and I enjoyed it greatly. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable experience. Five stars!
