This was an amazing night! Chef Bonicelli was inviting and created the best atmosphere for a special experience. The perfect blend of great food and learning. We highly recommend this for anyone!!

My partner and I had a great time learning and meeting Chef Bonicelli and the out small group. It was a delightful and a great way to enjoy a week day daye night. We will be back!

I have been enjoying Chef Bonicelli's recipes and classes for many years. I have fond memories of my family taking a class together! While I am a fairly practiced cook, I always learn something and get inspired! I am so glad that Laura is starting classes again.

I found Chef Laura's pasta-making class a fantastic experience, she showed her deep knowledge of Italian cuisine and definitely has skills for teaching. She demonstrated many pasta-making techniques, and I thought we all learned the skills and felt competent. I loved Laura's stories of Italian culture, her family, and the food industry.
