Learn how to craft your own perfectly baked Neapolitan pizza.

Join Chef Bonicelli in an exciting Neapolitan pizza adventure cooking class where you'll learn to make pizza from scratch and bake it in an indoor/outdoor pizza oven. An experienced chef will guide you every step of the way, so you can feel like a real pizzaiolo for the day!

During this hands-on class, you'll learn how to create a refreshing Romaine Caesar salad finished with a homemade dressing and crisp, right-out-of-the-oven croûtons. You'll delve into the secrets of true Neapolitan & perfectly workable pizza dough, which you'll form by hand in the traditional way and top with an Italian tomato sauce. Top with fresh and aged Mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings, then pop it into the 850-degree indoor/outdoor pizza oven where it will cook in just minutes. And the best part is you get to take your own dough home to bake in your own oven.

Finish with freshly made gelato and Italian biscuits. Delizioso!

Chef Laura’s Neapolitan Pizza Adventure was a fantastic experience. We loved learning how to properly create and handle the dough, the importance of restraint with toppings, and watching the pizzas beautifully brown and bubble in the Ooni oven. The kitchen was perfectly set up for our small group of six, the food was delicious, and the warmth of Chef Laura and her husband’s home was truly the icing on the cake. My partner and I are already looking forward to taking more of her classes in the future.
