Bring your grilling skills to the next level in this outdoor-focused cooking class. Using both charcoal and gas grills, you will participate in preparing your ingredients to cook over the open flame.

Start with a grilled Romaine salad topped with plenty of shaved Parmesan cheese, followed by Asian chicken barbecue skewers accompanied by dipping sauces provided by Chef Bonicelli. The "Recreating an Italian Kitchen" class with Chef Bonicelli was everything we had hoped for - a lot of fun, we learned techniques and were given recipes which I'm sure we will use in the future, and the food was amazing and we made enough pasta to take some home and freeze! Her kitchen was perfect for the class, she is VERY organized and a wonderful teacher. I'd highly recommend this class.

We learned Italian cooking. We made pasta from scratch, then crepes for desert. It was a lot of fun and delicious food. Chef Bonicelli was very knowledgeable and a great educator.
