Bring your grilling skills to the next level in this outdoor-focused cooking class. Using both charcoal and gas grills, you will participate in preparing your ingredients to cook over the open flame.

Start with a grilled Romaine salad topped with plenty of shaved Parmesan cheese, followed by Asian chicken barbecue skewers accompanied by dipping sauces provided by Chef Bonicelli. Gnocchi with pesto and red sauce. Phenomenal! Very enjoyable, pleasant and fun environment. I have a dairy sensitivity and they were happy to accommodate! Wonderful experience.

Chef Laura’s Neapolitan Pizza Adventure was a fantastic experience. We loved learning how to properly create and handle the dough, the importance of restraint with toppings, and watching the pizzas beautifully brown and bubble in the Ooni oven. The kitchen was perfectly set up for our small group of six, the food was delicious, and the warmth of Chef Laura and her husband’s home was truly the icing on the cake. My partner and I are already looking forward to taking more of her classes in the future.
