In this hands-on class, Chef Mark will help you take your cooking skills to a new level and up your culinary game by sharing the secrets to making a simple pan sauce.
A pan sauce — made with just a handful of ingredients and in a matter of minutes — can look and taste nearly as rich as a labor-intensive French sauce. With this technique in your culinary arsenal, you can turn a simple steak, plain chicken breast, modest pork chop, or a less-than-exciting piece of fish into a gourmet, mouthwatering meal.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
