Gluten and dairy-free options are available upon request.

We had a blast. Carly was great at explaining what we were doing and why and the best way to to do it. She easily adapted the menu to deal with dietary issues. Small class meant direct attention and a chance for everyone to do everything. Highly recommended!

My family was visiting over the holidays, so I thought Cozymeal would be a fun experience for us to share together and it exceeded expectations! None of us are skilled chefs, but Carly was incredibly patience, knowledgeable, and made sure that everyone was able to contribute. The meal itself was delicious and the information acquired left everyone feeling more confident in the kitchen and excited to cook more!

My husband and I had an awesome experience with Chef Carly. The menu was well thought out and she taught us a new cooking techniques and about spices that I found really helpful. Chef Carly made everything seemed effortless and her passion was contagious. I would definitely recommend this cooking experience.

Chef Carly is a culinary nutritionist. She received her MS in nutrition from Columbia University and is also graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute. Chef Carly now runs her own business focused on nourishing others with plant-centric, health-supportive, sustainability-minded cuisine. Her food philosophy is guided by vibrant colors, inspired by nature's bounty, and is driven by what the body needs to feel its best.
