In this hands-on class, Chef Harold will provide you with wisdom, inspiration, and ideas to help you unlock your culinary genius. By the end of this class, you'll be able to whip up simple, satisfying, and impressive dinners with minimal effort. It's parsimonious gastronomy at its finest.
Chef Harold will show you with his four-course menu that delicious, gourmet meals don't have to be labor intensive or break the bank. Most importantly, you'll learn great cooking is as much about intuition and imagination as it is about flavor and technique.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The "Chef" cancelled the event 2 hours before on a Saturday which was supposed to be my girlfriend's birthday present. To his request we moved the event to the next day on Sunday. On Sunday, he cancelled AGAIN 1 hours before meeting time. Thanks but no thanks. Really ruined the special occasion.

Amazing Experience!! Chef Harold made my parents and I feel right at home. We learned so much ! He made the dishes approachable and easy to learn and with elegant presentation. Chef Harold even provided some Peruvian history about the dishes which made it that much more special. The dishes we learned (Ceviche, Papa la huancaina, and a sophisticated peruvian chicken fried rice) I will be able to make at home now with ease. Totally worth it and looking forward to our next experience with Chef Harold! Thank you!!!!!!! Jennifer

A unique experience! Chef Harold conducted a private cooking lesson for me and my husband at his restaurant. We greatly enjoyed using a professional kitchen and having chef Harold all to ourselves and learning from his deep expertise. A very memorable, enjoyable, and delicious experience.
