Cooking Class - Thai Cooking 101
In this hands-on class, you'll have the opportunity to learn how to make classic Thai cuisine. Chef Taylor has traveled to Thailand to learn Thai cooking fundamentals and will share her experiences and stories during the class.
As Chef Taylor tells her exciting travel tales, you'll begin marinating and grilling beef satay and making a homemade peanut sauce for dipping. Then, as you make a traditional pad Thai, you'll discover how to develop the levels of sweet, spicy, and sour that make Thai cuisine unique before finishing with a red curry.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Pineapple Red Curry and Steamed Rice
