In this hands on-class, Chef Jan proves that a vegetarian diet doesn't have to be monotonous and uninspiring. In fact, Chef Jan will help you make your vegetarian game so strong that you’ll always have an answer to the question, “But are you getting enough protein?”
If you are stuck in a recipe rut, it's time to discover vegetarian ingredients you have never even considered using. Chef Jan will show you how to prepare three vegetarian dishes — like creamy polenta with seasonal vegetables — that are healthy, energizing, look good, and taste even better.
