In this hands-on class, Chef Jared will guide you step by step through the whole process of sushi making, including choosing your ingredients and smart knife techniques.
Begin by learning the art of blistered peppers to create a punchy Japanese starter. Then, learn how to properly cook sushi rice, slice fish and vegetables, and roll sushi rolls. Chef Jared will teach you everything you need to know to make perfectly poppable California rolls, a shockingly simple spicy tuna tower, and the basics of both fresh nigiri and sashimi.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
