Cooking Class - Sushi 101
In this hands-on class, Chef Jared will guide you step by step through the whole process of sushi making.
You will begin by learning the art of blistered peppers to create a punchy Japanese bar snack. Then, it's onto the main event. From learning how to properly cook sushi rice to knife skills to rolling techniques to fish selection, Chef Jared will teach you everything you need to know to make perfectly poppable California rolls, a shockingly simple spicy tuna tower, and the basics of both fresh nigiri and sashimi.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
