WHAT YOU’LL DO
Chef Kiet captures the spirit of Valencia with the traditional ingredients and techniques of paella and more.
In this hands-on class with Chef Kiet, get ready to discover the beauty of Valencian paella: a one-pot wonder perfect for weeknight dinners — and lunch leftovers — date night, or for entertaining.
You will begin by preparing an authentic Spanish pintxos appetizer. Then, Chef Kiet will teach you each and every step of the paella making process. Once you've successfully completed making the colorful palette of flavors and textures that is paella, you will end the class by making a traditional Spanish dessert of rice pudding topped with heavenly cinnamon whipped cream.
You will begin by preparing an authentic Spanish pintxos appetizer. Then, Chef Kiet will teach you each and every step of the paella making process.
