Cooking Class - Sushi Sensations

Learn every single aspect of sushi making in this fully hands-on class with Chef Eric and learn the tips and tricks to properly preparing four types of sushi in this engaging experience that is sure to inspire your inner gourmet.

You'll begin by learning the difference between sashimi and nigiri as well as the difference between sushi rolls and hand rolls. Then as you prepare your sushi, Chef Eric will teach on sushi rice and how to cook it, mise en place, and artful plating to showcase your creations.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Learning with Chef Eric was such a treat! From the gorgeous blue door that greets you to the modern design of his kitchen, there is something about Chef Eric’s home that echoes his cool personality and relaxed teaching style. His menu is perfect for any and all tastes and easy to recreate in your own kitchen.
