Learn how to prepare an awe-inspiring steak dinner that exceeds expectations and defies culinary boundaries.
In this hands-on class, Chef Skye will be your guide as you learn step by step how to master the art of creating magical plant-focused concoctions, including a delicious plant-based steak completely from scratch.
You will begin by preparing an American cranberry and apple-red wine miso salad. Then, it's onto the main event: a stunning plant-based steak from scratch. You will nurture your steak in a brandy sauce made from scratch as well as fresh green asparagus with almond chips and a vegan herb butter.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Skye made this experience one of the best. She is graciously accommodating to all of our needs. The recipes she developed over-delivered.
