Cooking Class - Plant Based Italian Innovations
In this hands-on class with Chef Skye, you'll learn how to prepare a three-course Italian-inspired feast completely from scratch that is healthy, delicious, and 100 percent plant based.
Chef Skye will show you how vegan and plant-based foods are naturally immersed in Italian food culture as you learn how to replicate their delicious and nutritious simplicity. After beginning with loaded vegan potato skins featuring plant-based bacon, you will create meatless meatballs with vegan mozzarella cheese for your entree. And for dessert, a zesty and vibrant lime mousse.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
