In this hands-on class with Chef Skye, you are invited to to join in on the mission to preserve the ocean’s natural resources by learning how to prepare plant based seafood sensations that benefit you and the world. Nothing fishy about it.
Chef Skye will introduce you to a myriad of plant-focused culinary techniques and ingredients while learning how to make plant-based scallops and calamari. As you continue on the pursuit of plant-based taste innovation, you'll also make a vegan spinach and artichoke dip, and chocolate mousse.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
