Discover the secrets to creating a combination of vegan and Whole30 dishes with Chef Skye.

Join Chef Skye as you learn how to prepare a succulent meal that is both vegan and Whole30, and features a meat-free entree you will want to make at home time and time again.

The class begins with a light apple and walnut salad, followed by the main course: a portobello mushroom steak. Learn how to season it just right with olive oil, rosemary and liquid smoke, then bake it to absolute perfection. End the class with a tangy lime mousse — and a pleasantly pleased palate.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Skye was very friendly. I would have preferred if she’d been a little more prepared, with real recipes to follow, and was more involved the whole time. The recipes were missing measurements, some ingredients, most steps, and some food items were missing completely. She stepped away a lot to manage some other things going on in the house which left us guessing. Overall I think it was a great day, the views were worth it, and we enjoyed our time together. I would have preferred a more professional experience for the cost, but overall it was a nice afternoon.
