Cooking Class - Whole30 Goes Vegan
Join Chef Skye as you learn how to prepare a succulent meal that is both vegan and Whole30, and features a meat-free entree you will want to make at home time and time again.
The class begins with a light apple and walnut salad, followed by the main course: a portobello mushroom steak. Learn how to season it just right with olive oil, rosemary and liquid smoke, then bake it to absolute perfection. End the class with a tangy lime mousse — and a pleasantly pleased palate.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
